The Valley POA Dues letters have been mailed and should arrive in your mailbox February 20th or 21st 2020 The dues amount per lot is $70.00 which is the same as the 2019 year. Please remember late fees are applied on April 1st if you have not paid.
To pay online the easy way click the Pay Dues tab and look for the paypal “Pay Now” button. It’s that easy.
We would also like to thank all of the owners who have payed so early this year. It really helps the POA in processing the dues.
