If you are with a title company and need an HOA/POA letter, please send an email to directors@thevalleypoa.com with your request and we will respond as quickly as possible.
Please be aware that lot owners in Sections I, Sections II Phase 2, Sections III & Sections IV are required to remit annual dues to the Association.
There are many homes in the Non POA Sections that have opted Into The Valley POA by Supplemental Declarations. Please check with The Valley POA Directors on each home via a title letter to make sure if the home is or is not in the Valley POA.
Please send your Request a minimum of Ten days prior to your closing date to allow The Valley POA Directors time to process your request. The title letter fee is $135.00 plus a Buyer transfer fee of $110.00 Any unpaid title letter request may result in a lien being placed on requested property.

We do not have a physical address to receive packages only a USPS central box.
