Dues for 2024 are $84.00 per lot.

Dues statements are mailed out in February and are due by March 31st. Payments received on April 1st or later are considered late with a late fee of $50.00 being applied to the outstanding account. You can beat the rush and pay your dues early starting February 1st.

Additional fees will be applied to property owners account for the following :  Stop payment of funds $45.00 , Cancelled check or bounced check fee $48.00.  In addition to the late payment fee a lien filing fee of $125.00 will be applied during lien notices and filings.  Notice: When paying by credit card there is a convenience fee that will be applied during checkout.

Notice: It is the responsibility of the property owner/s to notify the Valley POA of any changes in ownership, their mailing address and or property Mgmt. companies maintaining the property to keep the Valley POA billing records current.
